Refund and Cancellation Policy

The short version

Try the Service free for 14 days, with no card needed. If you add a payment method during the trial and do not cancel, it is charged the price of the plan you chose when the trial ends (for example, $199 for the Agency plan paid monthly), and again every month or every year after that, as you chose. If you do not add one, the trial simply ends and nothing is charged. You can cancel online at any time. Payments already made are not refunded.

Free trial

• Each agency may have one 14-day free trial. No payment card is needed to start it.
• You are not charged during the trial.
• If the trial ends with no payment method on file, the subscription ends and you are never charged.
• If you add a payment method and cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. The date the trial ends is shown on the Billing page of your account.

How to cancel

• The agency owner signs in, opens Billing, chooses Manage billing, and cancels the subscription there. It takes about a minute and does not require contacting us.
• Cancelling stops all future charges.
• If you cancel after a payment, you keep access until the end of the month or year you have paid for, unless you choose to delete your agency sooner.
• Deleting your agency from Settings cancels the subscription immediately and permanently removes your data.

Refunds

• Payments are not refunded, including for a month that was only partly used and for a subscription that was not cancelled before the trial ended.
• We will refund a charge that was made in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge taken after a cancellation had been confirmed. Write to us at the address below within 60 days of the charge.
• Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund that the law gives you.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show them.
