Services and prices

Services and prices are the ones shown on this site when you hire. If a price changes, I’ll let you know before it applies to your account.

Payments and cancellation

Payments are made through Stripe. Monthly services are month to month and you can cancel at any time; once you cancel, there are no future charges.

The auto-reply setup and the seasonal pack are one-time payments.

Your content

You keep ownership of your clips, photos, logos and brand. You give me permission to use them only to do your work.

You confirm you have the right to use everything you send me (including music, images and people shown) and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.

I only show your work as an example on my site or social media with your permission.

AI videos

Videos made with artificial intelligence may contain imperfections. You review and approve them before posting, and you are responsible for what you post and for following each platform’s and advertising rules.

Instagram auto-replies

Replies are based on the information you approve (prices, hours, orders, appointments). Keeping it up to date is your responsibility; let me know when something changes.

The service depends on Instagram and Meta. I don’t control their outages, changes or restrictions. It is not meant for emergencies.

Access is granted as a partner through Meta Business Suite; I never ask for your password and you can remove access anytime.

Results

I do the work carefully, but I don’t guarantee specific results such as sales, followers or reach.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, my liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the service in the month it occurred.

Instagram and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; Stripe is a trademark of Stripe, Inc.; Remotion is a trademark of its owners. Blue Peak Studio is not affiliated with them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
